Early arrivals: Due to tight scheduling and a small workspace, I am not able to accommodate early arrivals in the building. You must remain in your car or outside until you receive a text that it is time to come in; this will almost always be at the actual time of your scheduled appointment. Please wait until you have received the text from me before entering.
Forms:
You will receive both a medical consent form and a Covid related consent form by email 24 hours before your scheduled appointment date. This will be sent automatically by my appointment scheduling software Acuity, so if you don’t see it please check your spam folders. Please fill out and submit the forms before your scheduled appointment time.
lOCATION:
Wallflower Tattoo is located at 3028 E Burnside St, Portland OR. It is a black colored storefront with green ferns framing a red door between Radius Annex and Honeymoon Salon at street level. Please note that there is one step up required to access the front door.
Arrivals:
Early arrivals: Due to tight scheduling and a small shop space, early arrivals cannot be accommodated; I will almost invariably be ready for you at the exact time of our scheduled appointment. Please wait for a text message from me before entering the building. There are many eateries and parks in the area if you arrive early and would like to grab some food or go for a walk before your appointment.
Late arrivals: Please check current traffic conditions. I will do my best to accommodate late arrivals but please understand that sometimes late arrival may mean that you may not be able to work with me that day or that you may need to place a new deposit in order to reschedule. Late arrivals past 30 minutes will be considered a same-day reschedule if notice is given and a no-show if not.
If you know you are going to arrive late please follow these steps:
Get in touch if you are going to be more than 5 minutes late for your appointment. You may get in touch via email or via text 971-770-2338. Please note this number is for currently booked clients only; it is not for new booking requests. For all other non urgent inquiries please contact me via email or booking form.
Please don’t be late! I want to give you the best work I can, and trying to squeeze a 3 hour appointment into two hours is not the way to achieve that. Please remember that the later you are, the less time I have to work with you. Tattoos take weeks to heal, and new tattoo appointments are frequently several months out. If you are late it might mean the different between finishing your tattoo that day or you having to come back for an additional appointment.
Late arrival schedule based on actual arrival time:
Late arrivals between 5-15 minutes with contact do not result in forfeiture of appointment or deposit.
Late arrivals between 15-30 minutes with contact do not result in forfeiture of appointment or deposit, but hourly rate will apply starting at 15 minutes past scheduled appointment time.
Late arrivals after 30 minutes past scheduled appointment time with contact will be considered a same day reschedule. This will result in reschedule of your appointment, forfeiture of your current deposit, and requirement of a new deposit in the amount of $250 to be placed within 7 days. Reschedule appointment dates offered will be at my next availability; this may be several months out. If my schedule is flexible enough and I decide to accommodate your late arrival, you will be charged at my hourly rate starting at 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time plus your deposit will be forfeit and a new one will need to placed if additional sessions are required.
Late arrival within 30 minutes of the scheduled appointment time with NO contact will result in forfeiture of your appointment and your deposit.
No show and no contact: Not showing up within 30 minutes of scheduled appointment time with no contact will be considered a no show. No-showing/missing an appointment with no contact will mean that I will decline to work with you in the future and your deposit will be forfeit.
