lOCATION:

Wallflower Tattoo is located at 3028 E Burnside St, Portland OR. It is a black colored storefront with green ferns framing a red door between Hello Sunshine Vintage and Honeymoon Salon at street level. Please note that there is one step up required to access the front door.

Forms:

Consent forms will be filled out in person at the time of the appointment. Current, valid government issued ID required, 18+.

Early arrivals:

Due to tight scheduling and limited space, early arrivals cannot be accommodated inside the studio.

  • Please wait in your car or outside

  • You will receive a text when it is time to come in (typically at your scheduled appointment time)

  • Do not enter the studio before receiving this message

If you happen to arrive earlier than expected, you can go for a little walk up to Laurelhurst park to see the ducks (30 minutes round trip at a leisurely pace), stop by nearby Whole Foods or Providore Fine Foods for some snacks, check out the vintage store next door, grab some coffee at Crema or Puff coffee, walk up the the famous record store Music Millenium (one block up Burnside), or grab a full meal at the numerous restaurants and food carts within a few blocks of the shop.

Late Arrivals

Please check traffic conditions before your appointment. I will make reasonable efforts to accommodate late arrivals, but timing constraints may require rescheduling.

If you will be more than 5 minutes late, you must contact me.

Late Arrival Policy

All timing is based on your actual arrival time:

5–15 minutes late (with contact):

  • Appointment proceeds as scheduled

  • No penalty

15–30 minutes late (with contact):

  • Appointment proceeds

  • Billing begins at 15 minutes past your scheduled start time

30+ minutes late (with contact):

  • Typically treated as a same-day reschedule, although depending on schedule flexibility and communication I may choose to proceed with the appointment:

  • If we keep the appointment, billing begins at 15 minutes past scheduled time.

  • Deposit is forfeited

  • A new $500 deposit is required within 7 days to rebook

  • New appointment will be scheduled at next availability (may be several months out)

5-25 minute late arrival, no contact:

  • Billing starts at originally scheduled start time of appointment.

No-show (30+ minutes late, no contact):

  • Considered a missed appointment

  • Deposit is forfeited

  • I will decline to work with you in the future
