DESIGNS:

  • When are designs completed?

    • Drawings are done the day before or morning of the tattoo appointment. You have until a few days before the appointment to finish sending over supplemental reference images and thoughts.

  • Are drawings available in advance?

    • Typically no. Designs will be available for viewing at the time of your appointment. I truly want you to love your design! Rest assured that I have taken careful care and consideration when creating your work. In addition, I always include extra padding into your appointment time for you to review your design and request small changes. Please try to make it to your appointment on time so that you have adequate time to review, and be sure to have submitted a thorough and thoughtful proposal with all of the relevant details when booking your initial appointment.

  • Can I make changes to my design?

    • Your overall design concept cannot be changed once the booking process is complete. However:

      • If there is something you’d like to have changed, let me know! I want you to be happy and excited about your work!

      • As mentioned in the booking section above, the booking form is your opportunity to describe your design to your hearts content. Include every last thing you’d like to see. After your design is accepted, you may no longer make major design changes.

      • Minor/small changes such as resizing or moving around already drawn elements are happily accommodated, and can easily be done on the day of the appointment.

  • Please only book with me if you love my work and trust my artistic style and vision. I want to give you the tattoo you want and will do my best to accommodate you and honor your wishes, but I do need a certain amount of creative freedom in order to give you the best work I can. This works for most, but not all individuals, so please reflect on your needs in the tattoo process. I try my best to only select proposals that seem as if our visions are a good match from the very start and do everything I can to honor your design wishes. However, micromanaging every last element of a design typically leads to frustration and dissatisfaction for both of us. There is nothing wrong with needing complete control of the tattoo process, but if you do then unfortunately we may not be the best match for one another.

  • Design work remains the intellectual property of the artist and cannot by used for any purpose by the client except for reviewing the design.
