WHAT TYPE OF WORK IS ACCEPTED?:

I am selective in my booking process and only choose to work on pieces that I believe I would be best suited for, with the aim of giving you the best work that I possibly can. I maintain the right to decline pieces for which I believe I am not suitable due to ability, style or for any other reason.

Work accepted:

  • Black/grey, fine detail.

  • Scientific illustration style pieces

  • Natural imagery (flora, fauna, nature, botanical.)

  • Extinct animals, dinosaurs, fossils

  • Animal skulls/bones

  • Moths, butterflies, and insects in general

  • Creatures of the sea

  • I occasionally accept mythological creatures but I have to admit I’m not big into it and especially dislike tattooing dragons (I know, I’m a monster.)

Work not accepted:

  • Anything pre-drawn by anyone besides myself, with the rare exception of vintage nature prints that are publicly available taken on a case by case basis. In the case of vintage prints, they will be reworked in my style.

  • Pop culture characters

  • Portraits (of humans always, and animals usually)

  • Full color work (single color linework or accents accepted on case by case basis)

  • The incorporation of font/text/quotes/lettering within tattoos.

  • For the most part anything not nature related.

  • Tribal/dreamcatchers/cultural appropriation (if you would like a culturally specific tattoo that you are entitled to and it fits my other criteria I will consider working with you on a case by case basis. However, I would first suggest that you consider supporting a tattoo artist from the culture you would like to represent if possible. My personal heritage is Northern European.)

  • Hate symbolism.
